Custom aerospace component? Precision titanium & aluminium machining

You are developing a drone, aerospace sub-assembly or structural prototype and need lightweight, precise parts? Lusinage machines your components in aluminium, titanium or stainless: structural parts, validation prototypes, tooling and small batches with sector-appropriate tolerances.

Aerospace
Aerospace & defence

Custom manufacturing for aerospace

Builders, equipment makers, drone startups and design offices: we combine lightweight material expertise, dimensional precision and ability to produce complex parts in prototype and small series.

Tight tolerances

3 and 5-axis CNC machining for critical parts with control of dimensions, perpendicularity and surface finish.

Aerospace materials

Aerospace aluminium (5083, 6082, 7075), titanium, stainless and alloys suited to mechanical and weight constraints.

Prototyping & validation

Fast production of validation parts before mechanical, integration or series testing.

Parts we machine

Example components for aerospace

Structural components

Flanges, supports, plates, machined spars and link parts in aluminium or titanium for airframes and sub-assemblies.

Aerospace tooling

Drilling fixtures, positioning tools, inspection devices and templates for production and assembly.

Validation prototypes

Functional parts for mechanical, fatigue, assembly or integration testing in test environments.

Parts for drones & embedded systems

Lightweight precise components for multirotors, wings, payload housings and sensor mounts.

Engine & propulsion parts

Mounts, housings, manifolds and machined components for electric, thermal or hybrid propulsion.

Aerospace maintenance & spare parts

Replication of mechanical components for light aircraft, ultralights or ground equipment whose parts are no longer referenced.

Segments we support

Drones, general aviation, defence, space: every project handled with rigour

Aerospace covers very varied needs: a bracket for a delivery drone does not have the same constraints as tooling for an equipment maker. Lusinage adapts material, process and control level to your specifications.

Drones & unmanned aerial systems

Lightweight structural parts, housings and mounts for civil or industrial drone prototypes and small series.

General aviation & ultralights

Mechanical components, spare parts and prototypes for light aircraft and avionics.

Equipment makers & subcontracting

CNC machining batches to relieve your workshop load or accelerate a delayed programme.

Defence & critical applications

Machined parts with job traceability, certified materials and enhanced dimensional inspection.

How it works

Your aerospace component in 4 steps

1
1. Send your specifications

Drawing, 3D file, material, tolerances and quantity. Indicate usage environment (structure, interior, prototype).

2
2. Feasibility & quote

Geometry analysis, process choice (3/5-axis milling, turning) and quote with lead time and proposed material.

3
3. Machining & inspection

CNC manufacturing with dimensional inspection. Surface finish and treatment adapted to your specification.

4
4. Delivery & series

Parts ready to integrate. Validation OK? We continue with the series or next parts in the programme.

FAQ

Aerospace: your questions, our answers

Aluminium (5083, 6082, 7075), titanium (grade 2 and 5), stainless (304L, 316L) and alloy steels. Choice depends on mechanical, weight and corrosion constraints.

Depending on the part: ±0.05 mm typical, down to ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions. Tight tolerances are specified on the quote after drawing analysis.

We machine mechanical components to drawing with job traceability. For programmes requiring specific AS9100 certification, contact us to assess feasibility.

No minimum quantity. A single part for a flight test or test bench: it is possible.

Simple parts: 1 to 2 weeks. Complex 5-axis geometries: 2 to 4 weeks depending on load. Estimated lead time on every quote.
