Can’t find that car part? We make it for your classic vehicle

Restoring a classic car, youngtimer or collector vehicle and the part you need no longer exists? Lusinage reproduces it to order: from a drawing, photo, broken sample or simple sketch. Engine, transmission, chassis, bodywork, interior — whatever the part, we assess feasibility and manufacture it.

Restoration & collection

The part you can’t find anywhere — we make it

Original parts are often discontinued, impossible to source used or too damaged to reuse. At Lusinage, we reproduce your mechanical and technical components by CNC machining or 3D printing, one at a time, to bring your collector vehicle back to life.

Any part, even without a reference number

No part number? No drawing? We start from a sample, photo or description: we reverse-engineer the part and manufacture it.

Faithful to the original

Dimensions, material, tolerances and finish adapted to your vehicle. Steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass, bronze or engineering plastic as required.

Single units, no minimum

Just one part for your restoration? That is exactly what we do. No minimum quantity, no forced batch size.

FAQ

Collector vehicles: your questions, our answers

Yes, that is our specialty. A sample, dimensioned photo, hand drawing or broken part is enough to start. We rebuild the geometry and manufacture the part.

Absolutely. We work per unit with no minimum quantity. A single bush, bracket or cover: every part matters for your project.

All makes and eras: classic cars, youngtimers, motorcycles, vintage vans, historic competition vehicles. Even if the manufacturer no longer exists.

Depending on the part: steel, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass, bronze, stainless or engineering plastic. We choose the material best suited to mechanical use and the vehicle era.

Lead time depends on complexity. Simple parts can be machined in a few days. Complex parts requiring 3D modelling may take 1 to 3 weeks. Every quote includes an estimated lead time.
