A manufacturing partner for your industrial parts

Equipment manufacturers, integrators, design offices and maintenance workshops: we adapt the process (CNC, conventional or 3D printing) to your specifications, tolerances and production deadlines.

Industrial precision

Tight tolerances, controlled surface finish and dimensional checks for reliable parts in continuous operation.

From prototype to series

Rapid prototyping, pre-series and small to medium batches with an evolving, industrialisable manufacturing strategy.

Responsiveness & technical advice

Feasibility review, material choice and technology guidance from the first quote request — concrete answers, no jargon.

Parts we machine

Example parts for mechanical industry

Tooling, fixtures and assembly devices

Assembly supports, guides, inspection tools, drilling fixtures and positioning devices machined to drawing.

Machine and transmission components

Flanges, housings, shafts, plates, pulleys, gears, covers and link parts in steel, stainless or aluminium.

Maintenance & spare parts

Replication of obsolete, worn or damaged parts from a drawing, sample or 3D model.

Functional prototypes before series

Mechanical, assembly and integration validation before industrialisation, with possible transition to series machining.

Parts for special machines

Custom components for automated lines, robots, conveyors, presses and dedicated production equipment.

Machining subcontracting for OEMs

Outsourcing of CNC machining batches to relieve your workshop load or accelerate a delayed project.

Sectors we support

Special machines, food processing, packaging, energy: we adapt

Mechanical industry covers very different realities. Whether you build machine tools, food processing equipment, handling systems or automata, Lusinage reviews each case and proposes the best-suited process.

Special machines & automation

Structural parts, guides, sensor mounts and components for automated lines and industrial robots.

Food processing & process

Stainless or engineering plastic components for production equipment, conveying and packaging.

Energy, hydraulics & fluids

Machined flanges, fittings, supports and parts for hydraulic, pneumatic or filtration installations.

Industrial maintenance & MRO

Fast replacement of critical parts to limit production downtime — even without the original drawing.

No limits

Whatever the mechanical part, ask us

If the part is machinable and you have a drawing, CAD file or sample, we can very likely make it. Here are frequent requests from our industrial customers:

Machined shaft, spindle or axle Flange, plate or cover Housing, lid or cap Bush, spacer or washer Sensor mount or bracket Inspection or assembly fixture Obsolete spare part Pulley, groove or pinion Machined linear guide or rail Pre-series prototype
How it works

Your industrial part in 4 steps

1
1. Send your specifications

PDF drawing, STEP/IGES file, quantity, material and tolerances: the more precise you are, the faster the quote.

2
2. Feasibility & quote

We analyse geometry, choose the process (milling, turning, 3D) and send a detailed quote with lead time.

3
3. Machining & inspection

CNC machining or 3D printing per the job, with dimensional inspection before shipping.

4
4. Delivery & follow-up

Parts delivered ready to fit. Need a series or a modification? We continue.

FAQ

Mechanical industry: your questions, our answers

STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF drawings. If you only have a sample or worn part, we can model it in 3D before machining.

Steels (C45, 42CrMo4…), stainless (304L, 316L), aluminium (5083, 6082), brass, bronze, titanium and engineering plastics (POM, PA, PEI, PEEK).

No minimum required. We machine single units for a prototype as well as batches of several hundred parts.

Simple parts: a few working days. Complex prototypes or batches: 1 to 3 weeks depending on workshop load. Estimated lead time on every quote.

Yes. From a sample, we take dimensions, model the part and manufacture it. Ideal for unavailable spare parts.
