Test, fix, relaunch

A prototype is for learning. As soon as you spot an adjustment, we move to V2 without starting from scratch.

Field feedback valued

Assembly, fit, aesthetics or strength: describe what fails, we adapt the file and V2 quote.

Fast iteration

Job history kept: no need to explain everything again. Faster relaunch than the first submission.

Towards series

Prototype approved? We can quote pre-series or steer to series machining with the same drawing.

How to iterate effectively after the first part

Assemble the prototype, test in real conditions and note gaps: dimension to change, rib to add, finish to improve. Photos and annotations speed up V2.

We update the 3D file or drawing, send a supplementary quote and relaunch in FDM, resin or CNC depending on project stage.

When the design is stable, natural move to pre-series or series machining. Same contact, same quality standard.

For an effective iteration, send

  • Photos of assembled prototype or observed defect
  • Dimensions to change or precise change description
  • Priority: aesthetics, function or lead time
  • Number of parts for V2
  • Goal: new trial or pre-series
